that's a lovely mindset! one of my close friends is studying to become a children's psychiatrist as well and they have the same sentiments as you. i see the way they adore children by creating activities for them and going on little trips to aid their mental perception. have you tried interacting with children during classes?

i have a volunteer opportunity to talk to lgbtq+ youths about mental health so i’m excited about that 😇 the ages range from 12-17 so i hope i can at least shed some insight on that since im also apart of the community :)
