Seeing that I haven't been sworn to secrecy yet, I am able to confirm that; yes. The men have been bringing tookas into the headquarters. When I was the resident detective, I was shocked to know they allowed pets indoors. I saw five different tookas on five different occasions. Or maybe seven (tookas).
And no, this matter remains failed to be noticed by the Marshal Commander. The Guardsmen do their job well to hide the tookas (I truly have no idea where, as at that moment I was busy investigating and never bothered to follow their trails). The Marshal rarely runs a routine inspection of the barracks – that falls under Commander Stone, apparently, who is "in it" too.
