The Aries Full Moon energies will be with us for the rest of the week. It's time for us to release or let go of the things that no longer serve us. Be gentle with yourself. The energy right now can or is intense depending on how you perceive it. Take deep breaths. Think before you speak or engage. Now is the time to manifest intentions you've been working on (since the new moon). Focus on that. On every full moon, I make a list of all the things clouding my mind or getting in the way of my spiritual growth. Then I light a candle, read the list and I release them to the full moon. I usually do this in the first 3 days the full moon is out and sparkling in the evening. Then I burn the list in a safe container or bowl. Fire energy is represented in Aries. (My moon sign is Aries. I very much tend to embody fire, aggression, brutal truths and passion but only tend to show this side to my inner circle).
