I heard this today while listening to a live video on FB, and it really got my thinking..... Can I be ok with living life without knowing the outcome? Without knowing what lays ahead? It’s a tricky one. But I’m starting to better understand just how powerful it is when you LET GO of expectation and surrender to the process. Letting go of the expectation of a particular outcome takes the pressure off the unforeseen future and allows you to live in the NOW! In the NOW, there is no regret of the past. No fear of the future. Just what is. That’s gotta be better than a life filled with anxiety and thoughts consumed with “what if”.
