He wondered how many more of these experiences he would have. Waking up and not feeling his HUD starting up, his programs wishing him a good morning, and his gears kickstarting to life.
But he does feel systems starting up. Strange.
Sitting up, the omnic cracks his neck, hearing the materials of his body move and creak with him, and vents release steam.Vents. Materials.
The now former omnic looks down to see his hands. His thoughts confirmed. He had swapped bodies with Genji. His student.
He gets up from Genji’s bad and is making his way out of the man’s room in the monastery, when something hits him. He moves back into the room, looking for Genji’s helmet and visor. Genji wouldn’t like it if he walked around without it. Putting them on and adjusting them, he then moves out of the room, off to seek his own body, with, hopefully, Genji in it.
