I got my hair cut short back in April and it's probably the best decision I've ever made in terms of my appearance; I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I was petrified before I asked my hairdresser to do it though, and was panicking when she cut my pony tail off (because really that's the point of no return) but I was like "well it's only hair, it can grow back if I hate it!". Luckily everything was great and I've had it cut a bit shorter since the first time, which suits me more. Just do what you think is right
I really want to cut it, but I'm attached to the long hair? LAURA HELP ME!

I can totally relate with the "endlessly putting on weight without having the motivation to do anything about it" feeling, and it's miserable. Luckily it's fucking boiling where I live right now so I'm sweating out all of my calorie intake, but I just don't feel motivated to exercise. Remember that you're always perfect, irrespective of whether you're your ideal weight or 97.3 stone. Also you have the cutest little knees ever ☺️ also I love you :) x

Amy you're amazing and perfect. Please don't ever convince yourself that you're not. You're so kind and wonderful and Welsh and I love you! Just keep going day by day. Even if you need to keep pushing through hour by hour, that's okay too. If you need to eat an entire family-sized cinema pack of Maltesers to distract yourself then I absolutely advocate that (In fact I'd encourage it even if you weren't feeling down tbh, Maltesers are delicious!)
