Finally got around to making this #soup from the DEC/JAN issue of #saveurmagazine It's called Soup de Chalet. It's a creamy vegetable soup that has some #letivaz cheese from #switzerland in it. Just the thing for a very cold and windy late winter evening with spring just behind the curtain just out of sight. A crisp cold white wine with some bracing acidity would go well with this soup. I really do need to stage these photos better.
