In a hot tawa add 1 large vertically diced onion+ chilli powder + turmeric powder + coriander powder + pepper powder + a sprig of curry leaves and allow it to roast for about 3mins. Now add the sliced eggs and let it cook for about 2mins on each side. Serve hot as a starter.
