You may not know this but he weighed in at 120kg (265.5lbs) scroll through the pics and you will see him at his heaviest, most unhealthy stage. He has continued his weight loss journey right up till we took part in @LIIFT4 test group with @joelfreemanfitness he’s now 81kgs (179lbs) and never looked or felt 😁better!!
