La sencilla  complejidad del primer nivel de Super Mario Bros,  segun Shigeru Miyamoto .

Antes de que en los video juegos se incluyeran niveles de tutorial, los primeros niveles  eran generalmente  los más sencillos,  para que el jugador conociera, no sólo la base del juego, sino también los movimientos y capacidades del personaje.

Eso lo podemos ver, en el primer nivel de super mario bros que fue diseñado por Shigeru Miyamoto.  Según  una entrevista  la revista Eurogamer el propósito de ese nivel,  era que el usuario conociese el entorno sin necesidad de instrucciones, creando una experiencia intuitiva, conociendo los enemigos en el juego , los movimientos del personaje  y las bonificaciones que estaban en su entorno.
