I started with the pipes on this one, and I'm glad I did -- it was pretty tricky.

Hint:

To get the right side bottles up from the Packer to the Unpacker you're going to want to go counter-clockwise

Hint 2:

Use two of the underground conveyor belts to do so; and you won't be doing any island hopping.
