I finally got back into Tag Team at the Teeth, this hit dice syphoning mechanic is great for a high level party. And the "break glass in case of imminent statue-ification emergency gamble that is The Soul Burn, 1d4 hit dice for every marked off death save, that's also awesome, I love it.
