Okay I now need to see the whole of the 99 and 118 teams meet, and there are 2 possible scenarios for this.
1. The 99 are in LA for like a police convention or the death of a former coworker, and they all follow Rosa to Eddie's house, cause she was being all mysterious, and their curiosity got the best of them.
2. The 118 goes on a group vacation to New York because it was WAY too hot in LA and they want to enjoy some cooler weather, and Eddie brings them all to meet his cousin, and they meet the whole gang at a game night they threw at Rosa's house.
And they meet and all become immediate friends, the following being the best pairings for obvious reasons...
Buck & Jake (both bisexual, madly in love with their Latine coworker, sees their boss as a father figure)
Eddie & Amy (both have terrible relationships with at least 2 family members that everyone is working to fix, are madly in love with an immature coworker with father issues and don't really know why but they love them anyway, catholic guilt)
Bobby & Holt (Accidentally adopted an immature employee as their surrogate son, takes their job seriously, sees their team as a family even if they don't want to admit it)
Hen & Rosa (Do I really need to explain this one?)
Terry & Athena (Police sergeants, have loving spouses and children, can easily tear someone limb from limb)
Charles & Chimney (had bizarre injuries that they miraculously survived, had terrible luck with dating before meeting the love of their lives, almost lost said love of their life before they even had them)
Maddie & Gina (No real explanation for this one, but they'd just be a good pairing)
