   Maybe next time taking up Silas' offer of being escorted back to Earth would be worth taking up, if it meant she ended up on the right one.

     Everything feels wrong. It's nothing truly noticeable, but she's constantly looking out of the corner of her eye and there's an oil-slick feeling under her skin that won't leave. Skulking through shadows -- she's not sure why this is the best idea, but she does it anyway -- she reads wavelengths, taps her fingers against old stones, looks for messages left behind.

     Something twists in the air, and she follows it, hood pulled low. There's a man stood there, tall, obscured somewhat by shadow -- but there's something there that feels supernatural in nature.

     She clears her throat. "Hello," a moment, "do you know where this is?"

     "I had heard you were still in Hell." Lucifer walking the Earth itches below his skin in a way he can't describe. Still, to attack would be worth nothing. The humans had a phrase for it -- practice what you preach.
