Just realized something about the final scene.

When Levi sees the fallen veterans and they all give him a salute, the shot eventually closes in on Hange's salute. We all know what that salute means: "Dedicate your heart" (or "Give your heart" depending on the translation).
It's like Hange's response on Levi's " Dedicate your heart" in the 'Wings of Freedom' episode. It's as if Hange is saying, "I did. I gave my heart."
And in return, Levi salute feels like he dedicates his heart too. Well, he did dedicate his heart to them. I know it's for the whole scouts regiment but the close up to Hange feels like it's their own way of saying " I love you" " I love you too"
Also, if we will recall the other scene such as the forest scene where Hange ask Levi to live with her and the scene where Levi said " Another love for titan got unrequited I see" Which if read on Japanese it's like Levi is saying that Hange's love for titans is one sided but mutual to him because of the Kanji use.
