oh ho ho ho!

i should make this a fic actually-

Lewis is the vice captain and has been by the Silvas since Acier was his age and captain

this old man is not surprised, the Silvas are all crazy and their taste is just as insane as them

Ingrid would be shocked and a bit scared of Jack at first

HOWEVER-

i was brought to the fact that with all her issues that Ingrid would likely glom onto Jack and his energy after he advocates for how cool her frosting over an entire field is

she’s making icicles to stab people within two minutes of meeting him, she is all for it

(yes this was from @wildflowerwoodsworld who else builds jack dynamics on the fly so dang well)

Aaron definitely respects Jack as an incredibly talented fellow peasant but the idea of Nozel being with that guy romantically just didn’t click for him

it just never crossed his mind and he needed a day to recalibrate how he sees his captain (which is already so different from how most people see Nozel)

Sera is experiencing whiplash and joy and utter confusion

that’s literally her dad who are you

Jack will absolutely need to prove to her that he isn’t going to ice her out of Nozel’s life (he does, but boy does it take a bit)

once that’s done, she’s the pinnacle of a teenager who's parent is dating someone they enjoy having around

like ew do that somewhere else or im not calling you dad until you teach me how to break that wall kinda thing
