Bored so here are my ocs that are ROUGHLY based off of historical figures. Obligatory to say, keep in mind quite a bit of the things these historical figures allegedly did was proven to be propaganda; some of the things I was inspired by have been proven to be propaganda.

Elodie Laurel Erzebet Bathory

I've had a weird fascination with Bathory since highschool so I did like a mix of her, 2BDamned, and the tf2 medic to make Elodie's personality. Elodie's hyper sadism (though that's kinda in all three she's inspired by), interest in younger adults medically and sexually, and fascination with blood is inspired from Bathory.

Ikuma Miyuki Emperor Nero

Both of them are "crazed" and "maniacal" and have a rather theatrical personality that's done to cope with boredom. Both are regarded to be very intelligent, especially in acting and other arts. The propaganda against Nero was actually taken into consideration for Miyuki. Christians lied about some of Nero's crimes to make him seem worse than he actually was, just like the Hawks say about Miyuki

Marylin Pertudo JB Cleopatra

So Cleopatra was a remarkably intelligent and preceptive and charismatic person that was well liked and powerful. While some of her romantic relationships were genuine and loving, some were done in a political power move. The femme fatale trope was inspired by Cleopatra and I made Marylin somewhat based off of that. Marylin, while loyal to Leone, uses her seductive charm to coax information out of people. Also Marylin does not like men much and sees women to be superior, though that is Roman propaganda in regards to Cleopatra

Lexi Rose Le Bel Wu Zetian

This one is a bit at face value but both are ruthless in their respective political roles, both heavily relied on spies and secret police, and both are not a fan of their families. Lexi and Zetian both show extreme Machiavellianism (there's a reason Lexi and Sakuya are in love lmao) though that term wasn't invented in Zetian's time. Also, both are very progressive in their social beliefs, especially with empowerment to women

Also new oc refs I semi like how Lexi turned out but I fucking hate Marylin's I might just redo it (I was so tried making hers (and in retrospect I hate the top I gave her))

When she comes tonight we will make our daily plans for the future. It's a habit of ours. Some days we plan trips around the world, and other days we plan to live on a desert island and live only on love and dreams. Yesterday we were going to get married and build a house in the middle of a stream just to sleep with that nice sound of the water on the rocks. We've already made absurd plans to have a soccer team of children and give them compound names to confuse their grandparents, parents and uncles, like Carlos Alberto, Armando Augusto, Alberto Augusto and Armando Carlos. It would be hilarious. We also had suicidal plans like living with her parents and mine in the same house, as well as our brothers-in-law. It certainly wouldn't work. Speaking of children, since we have twins on both sides of the family, we imagined having quintuplets and buying similar clothes and naming them after flowers. Rose, Jasmine, Daisy, Tulip and Dahlia would be the names. Since I'm bad at telling twins apart, I would call them one thing, one thing. two, thing three, thing four and thing five, without knowing if I was talking to the right thing, our plans are really very different for the future, the important thing is that we love each other today, plans are dreams and we can dream of any future we want, looking forward to tonight's amidst laughter, kisses and cuddles.

There's a cute little saying that goes something like this. I don't have a very good memory, so I'll say it as I remember it: "The only man who won't be happy is the sweet man who doesn't lower his head while smiling and closes his eyes quickly and seems to scratch his nose." Indian sayings are strange, but you can see how these guys who do this when they're interested in someone are so cute, regardless of their beauty or social status. How their relationships are long-lasting and happy. They're the guys that even other men like, even envying them for being so attractive to women. But I have to tell the meaning of this sweet saying to those who don't know it, of course. The movement of lowering your head while smiling means respect for loving this woman and being happy about it. Even more so because this saying comes from times when women were considered inferior, which ennobles this type of man even more. The closed eyes mean that he would never need to look at her to fall in love and also that he would never have eyes for anyone other than her. The scratching of the nose was to hide his mouth with his hand as a show of respect for her. , since she would salivate from the excess of desire, there was an even more important detail that would unite this couple, the woman whom this man courted in this way also had her part in the conquest, she would have to find a door and open it in acceptance of the court, even if she had to walk kilometers to find one, as she only had 8 hours to do so, otherwise she would be cursed and stoned in a public square for rejecting a kind and passionate heart, if she was not interested she would just pass by him, and he would be the one who would be punished in the same way for having harassed her, love in India is a serious thing.
