MY Review
I absolutely loved the characters and plot of this book. It is the perfect mix of comedy, romance and secrets. Harper is a very strong and independent character whom has the weight of the world on her shoulders. Reid is her twin in this department. Both are dealing with a huge amount of stress and still manage to move forward in life one step at a time. No room for romance, that is until they meet.
This book has some hard truths in it and the path to self discovery is amazing. There are some characters in this book who will drive you mad and make you want to punch someone. The steam level of chemistry between the MC's is off the charts and will burn up the pages. Oh la la!!!
This book is a steady paced read with excellent descriptions of home renovations and restorations. This home make over read is sure to bring you to tears when it is all said and done. I know I shed a few myself. It is a moving and wonderful read.
I did not read the first two in the series. I was still able to keep up with the story almost like a standalone. I may go back now and read the first two just because I am interested in how Ani and Ivy's love stories played out. If they are anything like this one, they will be fun and highly entertaining to read.
I loved this book and I really enjoyed the banter between the two MC's. I highly recommend this read for all you enemies to lovers fans.
