I be wanting to like them ~bedroom aesthetic~ blogs but all the pictures be having the mattress on the floor. What do yall have against bed frames?
My 95 y/o grandma had a stroke last night. She's recovering surprisingly well, but refuses to properly answer when the nurse asks her "who is the president?"
You know what's worse than people lying about needing gluten-free foods? People lying and saying, "I don't like sweets."
Yall know what I hate? When I see a fine ass woman on my dash so I naturally click the source link cus I want more of her content. But the source is just a random collection of women's pictures with no names or blog @. Like bruh I wanted see her Snapchat filter selfies and posts about her life, not your Tumblr Girl museum.
This summer I'll be rooming with two white girls from Mississipi. They have already added me on Facebook, so i will redirect my White Girl Woes onto this outlet. Stay tuned thru the summer
Went to the woodshop today. Thing about woodworking is: sometimes you spend all day in the shop just to take a big piece of wood and make it into smaller planks of wood. But I was pretty proud of my lil planks because they came out so straight and flat (hard to do.)
And the shop manager [old, Ron Swanson type] saw my wood and went, "wow, you re-sawed those yourself! You done good. Maybe you can help me resaw some of my boards." I love praise, it's true. But praise from the old guys in the woodshop is the highest compliment.
It'll be several more days in the shop before my planks become a piece of furniture.
I published my 2nd substack essay! (click the link to read it)
It's a short piece on planning art versus freestyling.
Any of y'all on substack?
It's a little strange over there because they all talk about Tumblr as if Tumblr is dead. And they're all nostalgic for Tumblr even though most of them never was really active here. Strange place, but very good written pieces on there.
