Ugh this sport really. A relationship that is never going to end. Because sometimes it just comes and reminds of some things that to this day still make me sad (read: TORRES) and angry at the fact that I can get sad because of a fucking sport.
But still, I come back every single time. Liverpool. Liverpool. The first, always. I'm happy that we've signed a couple of players. TBH, I don't even know much about most of these new guys because I don't pay attention enough anymore, but really the fact that they are not English is enough to make me happy. Yeah I said it. Suarez. I don't know about him. Is it about to be another Torres situation? Well for me personally, I say no. With Torres is was because I was actually obsessed with the guy. It went Torres, then Liverpool. Torres before everything. Torres. Torres. Torres. With Suarez, well first of all, if he were to leave at the end of this summer, it would be worse in regards to the fact that once again we seem to have a team that relies on him, and also he's so much more effective than Torres was toward the end of his time here. In that respect, I'd be pissed if he left, because he' sjust so DAMN good. But because I'm not fangirling over him, I would probably get over it more quickly.
I'm actually more excited about Liverpool's season than I am for Madrid. Ugh. We don't even have a manager. Each week there's a different saga going on because someone said something fucked up and pissed off someone else, and tarnished the club's image, and blah blah blah. Higuain has said he wants to leave. Benzema...oh Benzi. Another player I used to fangirl over. Once the fangirling was over, I started seeing that he wasn't as extraordinary as I made him out to be. As much as I hate to admit it. So I don't know if we can really rely on him. Ronaldo is solid and I want to hug him and caress him and tell him that he is flawless and deserves all of the awards. What I'm really afraid of right now is that punk, Neymar, who yes even though I think he's just a kid and a punk, is good. Like really good. Like really really good. And now he's joined Barfa. Whom I detest but can't really ignore. And that sucks. What the fuck are we going to do now? I just hope that he like clashes with all of the big personalities (read: Xavi) on there or like has trouble settling in but something tells me he's just going to have a great old dandy time and I'm going to spend this season scratching my eyes out.
Finally, international football. I don't have the time man. I want to pay attention. I should pay attention. Alls I care about is Spain not winning another trophy. I want whatever African country is there to win, obviously. I'm actually having trouble differentiating Confederations Cup from WC qualifiers. It's that bad man.
Anyways, ugh I can't with this sport sometimes. Like what else can make me sit down and write a long post like this? Anyways, all I want right now is to make money so that I can buy myself more jerseys (btw, that shit is too expensive for no reason.)
