I quit reading the npcs eventually because i figured out they weren't important to the rest of the story and honestly? Not sad I missed this dude.
unless i’m not 100% sure whether they’re a Useless Flavor NPC or an actual quest-giver, i normally don’t either, but i saw the stupid name and curiosity got the better of me
