hehe so happy to see you interested!!!! :D their name is juniper and i originally created them as a one piece oc where they’re basically serving as informant for bounty hunters / gov / pirates / ( whoever got the coin, really ). their ability is to ‘spark up’ anything of natural origin into something bigger ( it’s a bit more complicated ofc, but that is the gist of it! ). so for example they could increase the potency of a single fire spark to the point where it’ll become a flame.
the necklace is something they tend to carry around; it glows because there is some mysterious substance ( or creature? who really knows ) trapped inside which as it so happens is also capable of reacting to their devil fruit ability. it’s 'chekhov's gun’ because although it seems to just be there to look pretty, they would use it to create a huge flash of light at some point and escape a particularly sticky situation that way :)
that said i eventually rebageled them into an independent oc bc their bg is just very versatile so just imagine all what i wrote above but as kinda fantasy genre story haha
