declan had her pressed against the wall, a hand resting above her head. god, she was fucking great, he loved being around lia, she was unlike any other girl he’d been with. he adored her, and he didn’t want anyone else to have her, but he wouldn’t tell her that.  ❝  you’re so precious,  ❞  he told her before he was leaning down to press a harsh kiss against her lips, both hands moving to her hips so he could tug her away from the wall and press his body flush against hers. while one hand stayed on a hip, the other moved to tangle into her hair. his grip on her was rough, and he was giving the kiss his ALL, his attempt at reminding her why she continued to devote her time to him instead of some other guy who wasn’t deserving of her.

he swallowed nervously, dreading the entire conversation they were about to have. micah liked lia, she was a nice girl, but he didn’t have any romantic feelings towards her, and he didn’t want to hurt her by letting her down, but he was not the type of guy who’d take advantage of a girl being into him if he wasn’t into her. he emitted a soft sigh, keeping his attention on lia.  ❝  lia,  ❞  he spoke softly, scratching at the back of his neck. how was he going to do this ? he was completely clueless.  ❝  you know i think you’re a wonderful person, right ? i do like you, i just... i don’t feel that way about you. i think we should remain friends, and leave it at that, okay ? you don’t need to leave my life or anything like that, it’s not necessary. i don’t want you to feel like you have to avoid me because of this either, and i don’t want to lose a friend because of this, either. we can move past it, yeah ?  ❞
