Liberal Social Justice Warrior brutally beats woman for "cultural appropriation"

A whiny liberal student is on trial for physically attacking two basketball players after a basketball game at Hampshire College in Amherst, Mass.
According to Carmen Figueroa, one of the women she attacked was guilty of “cultural appropriation” for wearing braids while white:
The victims of the alleged assault are members of the Central Maine Community College women’s basketball team.
Figueroa, 20, approached the players after the game and demanded that at least one player remove braids from her hair, according to court records.
Figueroa apparently decided the braids amounted to “cultural appropriation” because a Central Maine player who had the braids was white.
The white Central Maine player with braided hair opted not remove the braids and tried to leave the building.
In response, police say, Figueroa attacked her by pulling her braided hair so hard she fell to the ground. Once the unidentified player was on the ground, Figueroa allegedly kicked her and stepped on her.
A second Central Maine [player] tried to intervene, but Figueroa was having none of it. Figueroa “grabbed her by the head and threw her to the ground,” according to court documents obtained by the Daily Hampshire Gazette.
Court documents indicate that Figueroa screamed “swears and racial slurs” during her attack.
Figueroa appears to have been a spectator at the basketball game. She’s not on the roster for the 2016-17 Hampshire College women’s basketball team, but a college spokesman confirmed that she is enrolled at the school.
Speaking of the school, Hampshire College is an uppity private institution that charges $64,940 for a single year of tuition, fees, and room and board. It’s also a radical leftist breeding ground, boasting no majors and no grades. According to their academic philosophy, they use a “narrative evaluation system” because it “eliminates competition, enhancing Hampshire’s collaborative learning community.”
There’s nothing more damaging to the liberal psyche than competition.
But Figueroa is in good company. Another Hampshire SJW made headlines for going nuclear at a Milo Yiannopoulos event last April. Her real name is Cora Segal, but you probably know her as Trigglypuff.
Oh, Hampshire students also tore down and burned American flags in the wake of Donald Trump’s election.
This isn’t the first time a white person has been attacked for how they chose to wear their hair, either. Last March, a black female student at San Francisco State University attacked a white male student for wearing dreadlocks.

Principal forced to publicly apologize after students wear red, white, and blue

According to outraged liberal snowflakes in Iowa, it’s blatantly racist to wear the colors of the American flag to an American high school basketball game:
Supporters of the Des Moines North High School basketball team, many of whose players are from refugee families, were offended when fans of Valley High School’s basketball team wore red, white and blue last week, The College Fix reports.
“This is an example of BLATANT racism,” said Ty Leggett, a Valley High School alum, on the Valley High School – WDMCS Facebook page. “ALL participating should have been pulled and banned from ALL VHS extracurricular events for the remainder of the year! As a parent, I’d be mortified that my son or daughter thought this way, acted in this fashion and refrained from taking a stand against this 21st century inexcusable behavior!”
Herein lies the issue: Valley High School’s student body is predominantly white. So by wearing the colors of the American flag to a game against a more diverse school, “it strongly implies that the other team, the less white team, is less American.”
Oh, boy.
As Valley High student Mallorie Paige Sander aptly pointed out:
This country is the United States of America and our country colors are red, white, and blue no matter what color of skin you have or what race you are. The intentions to offend anyone by wearing USA themed clothing was no where in the thoughts of any of our student body, why would it be? We all live in America.
Yes, we do all live in America — but the problem is that it’s near impossible for liberals to separate race from identity. And according to the liberal mindset, any white American who displays any hint of nationalism must by default be a racist.
Notably, this was not the first time Valley High students had dressed in USA-themed colors instead of their black and orange school colors. But liberals argued that they should have known better than to wear USA colors to this particular game “because everyone knows North is a more diverse school.”
Right.
Unfortunately, in the end the crybabies won. Valley High student leaders sent a leader apologizing to the principal of Des Moines North for their offense:
“We are deeply sorry if we have offended anyone in any way,” reads the statement, in part. “We have traditionally dressed in such a fashion for great games such as the one last night. Everyone here at Valley has immense respect not only for your team and players but for your community as a whole. Please know that our intent was in no way to offend or demean—just to support our own team in a way we have done before.”
If liberals are so offended by red, white, and blue at a high school basketball game, what’s gonna happen when the Olympics roll around?

“...could have gone to a charity instead!!!”
Whether it’s game kickstarter or people donating to a business that’s been threatened by liberal terrorists, there’s always somebody who has to argue that the money would be better spent on whatever charity is popular in the media at that time. Reddit recently had one such rant make it to the front page.
My response:
From Reuters: http://blogs.reuters.com/stories-id-like-to-see/2014/09/09/the-money-spent-in-fighting-cancer-and-alibabas-risk-factor/
"...the website of the National Cancer Institute, one of the federal National Institutes of Health, reports that Washington funded $4.8 billion in cancer research in the 2013 fiscal year, and funding has averaged $4.9 billion over the past six years..."
"...How useful is the telethon’s $109 million likely to be, compared to the billions available from the federal government and other donors?..."
Your argument is invalid.
