This is no bullshit omg. I think you should tell Scorpio dude. I know it’s difficult but do it asap. Hang out, talk a bit and then you’ll be like I need to tell you something. It is very difficult but it’s better to know the answer right away then trying to find the right moment. It will take weeks, maybe even months and then he’s going to be angry that you lied. Idk it’s like movies tho. Don’t wait til the end of the “movie” to tell him what you actually wanted to say. You can avoid all the pain and situations if you can be honest rn.

I hope this kinda helped. I suck when it comes to gender identities and stuff tbh. I’ve been gender less ( actually androgyne) for almost 2-3 years( Well I realized it two years ago). If you know what I mean, I’m mentally both genders that there is no gender, basically no label. So yeah I try to imagine who you are and what you want. If it makes sense.
