I miss my ex so much. I'm depressed

Getting over an ex whether it’s a lover or friend, it is quite tough and heavy. I realize what we feel towards these close people, the relationship we have had with them (i.e. friends, family members, lovers) is part of the journey of letting them go and forgiving everyone but foremost yourself.

It definitely takes a lot of energy, time and patience to recollect yourself and make yourself stronger once again. But with it all, you will be well once again as things won’t be exactly the same because things happen for a reason in life that make us stronger.

Breathe it out and gather as much support you can from your friends because on the other side of this journey will be happier days and a newer person who will look back and think ‘Hey, I am a stronger woman now’.

Always remember to keep your chin up and breathe, cry, vent and write it all out until your heart is content. I wish you all the best and please take care of yourself hun x In case no one has told you today, you are beautiful, kind, important and just as good as you think you are.
