Today's cookie should be the licorice macaron, but neither of my variety packs came with any, so I went with the darkest colored macaron I got, which is the passionfruit macaron from the LeilaLove variety pack.
These are soft and a bit chewy. This is actually my first time trying anything with a passionfruit flavor. I can't say that I'm a fan of passionfruit based on this cookie.
