How can I help a friend who is trying to pinpoint a sexuality/romantic label for herself?

Really the only thing that you can do to help her is just be supportive. You could try and suggest some sexualities/romantic orientations to her, but in the long run it is best to let her figure it out so she doesn’t feel pressured to be/act a certain way :)
