Starter for @the-5-tribesmen
Upon opening of a larger portal with no destined expiration as of now; It was to no surprise that demonic entities began to come in large groups to take first entrance towards the human realm.
In-humans adjusting to the realm among the humans have been a done process for centuries -- A process that was deemed difficult, aside when It was done discreetly. Unless, the demons themselves took upon humane forms and lived as one and came undetected. Forgetting the origins of their kind for the sole purpose of a different life. Of a live more mortal. The rest had a low survival rate due to the evils the human kind itself had done. They had come around with rumors, accusations to entice their group of people into ‘saving their luck’ with the means of killing those that were not them.
With years of avoidance and hesitation to entirely visit the lands of the human realm, It was met with gradual adjustment. With canine demons becoming more associated and capable of communicating human at ease, giving an opening for other kinds to gradually adjust ... After all -- They all identified as demons. Had humans had trouble with one category of entities, they would have been met with backlash from another group due to false accusations and assumptions. A restless feud between the two groups up until drastic decisions were done by one of the parties. The head of the Cidium family -- Suggested an outdated portal to be reopened as It had no limitations who could enter It or exit from It. One of the ancient designs of a portal that were commonly used at wars when demons have been used as sources of wars or overtake lands. Re-spawned mid into nowhere in a rich forest, specifically around water sources to avoid much human contact immediately.
Prologue:
-- Artemis did not hesitate to pass through the very portal herself. While her means of portals is unlimited and can use of her own, she was rather intrigued to pass through the very one opened by her recommendation. One leading to the forest with rivers surrounding the territory ... The scene was enthralling. The small structures done around the rivers to allow further water flow. Clearly man-made, confirming some present of humans to be within this territory. She did not fear this possibility, although. Embraced it through carrying on with the surrounding investigation, approaching of the few rivers and cupping her hands altogether to obtain a tad bit of water to re-freshen herself with the cold water. Almost expectant of nearby presence ... And so, one’s presence would occur nearby. Hearing movement and crumpling of fallen leaves. The walking motion displayed the sense of confidence and hesitance before the land felt as though the figure came closer -- Her face still covered by her hands as few droplets fell through her hand, as though playing a child's’ game and pretending she does not see them. “I smell a boar ... A grimy, one which played with truffles and elderberries before!” She would comment, holding out a small chuckle at the back of her throat. “Alas ... That’s just a mere human -- !” With such dramatically worded sentence she would unravel her hands, viewing the masked individual who carried a stone-tipped spear at his right hand. Technologically advanced prosthetic at his other hand.
This man might not be a caveman, as It seems based on observation. What internal threats does he hold to someone he sees unfamiliar in these lands?
“As you are here, mysterious boar man ... What made you be this brave to approach me? I’m not familiar with anyone approaching immediately when I arrive ... Do I have fans in these lands ... ?”
