Life Ice from the 2014 Summer Fancy Food Show. This product is so amazing and super tasty, I didn't really get a chance to talk to Paulette Fox who invented the product but I recently read an article in the New York Daily News on how she came up with the idea. Her mother was battling ovarian cancer and to help soothe her she would give her ice chips but then decided to try giving her an ice chip that had more nutrition in them and came up with Life Ice by blending various nutritious fruits and vegetables and freezing them into ice chips. I wish I would have thought about doing the same when my mom was battling ovarian cancer in 2008 but am so thankful that Paulette had the brains to invent this because they taste yummy and can help a lot of people.
