I like to share the above link to a random article I’ve encountered when I opened up Mozilla Firefox today as a means to extend a communication tool that all of us can learn and use to facilitate a dialogue between two disagreeing parties. Far too often have I seen discourse conversations on tumblr and other social media websites such as twitter and facebook that can be boiled down to the two sides lashing out at each other, and in some cases, one or both sides bully each other.
The article itself is a quick read and contains three strategies that anyone can use to challenge and perhaps change another person’s thinking, which would obviously be beneficial in these stressful times of social tension.
