I highly recommend everyone gets life360. My friend told me about this and we've made a "circle" so we can check up on each other location and message each other.
The app has features like asking the person to call you and that as well and driving mode so they can tell if you are likely being moved around. It also shows the battery % of individuals as well. It can really help your friend or family member out if they're lost and not sure where they are (if data isn't working or smth) and your friend can call you help and that.
We use just the free service but it's a lifesaver and we've decided make a group in our circle so if one person isn't answering maybe somebody else can help.
