Life color posts- black

1 & 2- when I think of great uses of black, I immediately think of florals. Something about a bouquet of flowers against a black background makes me really happy and causes me to appreciate nature more.

3- intense black eyeliner- really makes you think.

4. I also love the concept of a black statement wall in a room, for the same reasons as the flowers, just architecturally.

5- when doing my research I found that most things that are black aren’t truly black, they have a lot of varying colors in them, like this satin has much grey in it

Life color post week 2!

1. A new album cover from an artist that I really enjoy

2. A vintage advertisement from Volkswagen that I saw on Pinterest while looking for reference photos.

3. My throw pillows in my dorm one morning.

4. Sunset from the point! It was right at golden hour and the blue and yellow made a really cool contrast :)

5. A fish I saw on Instagram that I had never seen before, he had some pretty cool, moody colors.
