Museum Ship Valley Camp

Before we left Sault Ste Marie we did a quick tour of The Valley Camp which was a 550 foot ship built in 1917.

It was very appropo seeing how we all have maritime titles.

Of course, the Captain.

And the Chief Engineer.

I should have been the first mate.

Instead I was granted the title Chief Steward, for reasons far beyond my understanding. That didn’t work out as planned.

My true title should be Porter.

As of now we get to live the Life of Reilly for about one more week.
