Bad news and good news... on my way up to my office today, I was stopped by One Liberty's Director of Security and told I wasn't allowed to bring my bike up to my office; good news ... he expedited my pass and gave me a tour of this access card controlled, video monitored bike storage room with lockers(!) in the secured sub basement level of the building that's a free amenity!
