Day 34 Rubbish trip to a grim safari park on leave with my fellow inmates. Life as a sectioned patient is rubbish. My highlight? I bought an overpriced panda in the gift shop and named him yuan meng (after the new born panda who I want to get out of hospital to go and see in France this summer) the name means dreams come true and this mascot will be my reminder one far off day that they do #bpdproblems #tryingtoremainpositive #section3 #lifeonsection #hospitallife #pleasereleaseme

Day 2 of level 2s. Cooked breakfast by the activity co-ordinator means I wasn’t alone but in the communal dining room. Today has been horrific. I was cut away, put in holds,dragged kicking and screaming to seclusion where they kept me in holds (including head lock) screaming for 20 mins before jabbing me to shut me up. I pulled half their wall picture down in revenge (little things) and relented eventually to let my mum see me in the evening.
