There is something truly satisfying about telling yourself that you want to do something and then actually doing it. It’s a satisfaction that I’ve grown accustomed to throughout my lifetime. And the only thing I have to credit as the reason why is “getting past the fear of failure.” Too often the only thing holding you back from the attempt is that dreaded feeling of “what if I fail?” If we expend that same energy on thinking about why you’re going to succeed then you’ll quickly see how different life can be.

My latest embarkation is going to be a podcast with my former teammate Kelvin Martin where we showcase people that inspire us to continue getting past that fear of failure. To acknowledge the people who aren’t afraid to try new things. And most importantly to salute those who live life the way it’s meant to be lived.
