Happy birthday! Attached is a quick copcop (fluff) blurb in your honor: Angie's normal running route has been adjusted ever so slightly after a few casual conversations with the rookie (the rookie who's a regular marathon runner). Now she's getting up earlier, telling herself it isn't for that brief moment where Beth Childs smiles and waves as they pass in opposite directions in the park. The running smile is slightly warmer than the casual nod of greeting when they both show up for work later.

I think you're a Ravenclaw with Hufflepuff tendencies. Beyond your inherent passion for science (which is awesome) and knowledge, you seem to relish wit and clever humor. But, you also have that casual Hufflepuff loyalty/support for literally anyone ever (or at least that's my impression)

That book with a twist that felt like a blow to the chest. Tell me about it. (But warn for spoilers if necessary!)
I have a habit of reading books without looking into what the book is actually about. I just finished The Library at Mount Char, which, as it turns out has much less Library in it than one might expect. It’s this weird little book about these sort of students with god-like powers/abilities, but their powers are limited to their specific area of study (a system put in place to prevent any one student from gaining Too Much Power via interdisciplinary study). Anyway! I liked it! But it [vaguely spoilery here] just kept veering to greater and greater extremes until you were suddenly in this bonkers end of the world scenario. AND THEN! everything loops back to this revelation that all of these twists and veerings were part of a larger plan all along!
A book you found overhyped, and why
Wild. To be fair, I haven’t finished it. But something about the author’s tone and self-description just rubbed me completely the wrong way. I heard this book was inspirational, but I’ve yet to feel that...inspiration.
