Life Routine
As we grow older, we understand that life changes and we do too, as individuals. The experiences we acquired through our childhood and teenage years shapes our future by making us stronger or weaker. As we grow older our routines change, as a kid we basically enjoy life in such innocent way that we can barely see the challenges we would have to face later in life. Our teenage years are just those times in which we try to figure out who we are and what we want in life, maybe making mistakes that will help us shape our personality. By the time we are in our 20s we just know what the future will be and what can we do to be successful and happy by using our previous life experiences.
My life experiences have taught me a lot (you can read my post on “my life”), I will never say I had a bad childhood or teenage life but I can tell you that those experiences made me the person I am today. My daily routines have changed and I have become more mature and more focused on my life and professional goals, but what made my routines to change? Well, I will always say is life experiences, but also the people that you meet throughout your life are a key element. Sometimes we think people cannot shape your life or thoughts but they actually do, they can even shape your routine by just engaging in conversations that open up a new window or a new path in your daily routine.
The routines we create, represent our uniqueness as individuals, what we do? where we go? and who we talk to? are just questions we can ask ourselves to find out what are we really doing on a daily basis. However, do not stick with the same routine, is important to switch it up a little bit and make your life more exciting every new day.
