honestly real stupid shows (impractical jokers is my go to unless ur sensitive to second hand embarrassment) or light sitcoms (friends, parks and rec) help me out a lot, esp bc i can do stuff like skincare with them in the background so one part of my brain is preoccupied with that noise and the other part is preoccupied with the skincare (which makes it hard for it to focus on the thing that’s bothering me)

that sounds like a really good plan, i would try it out but right now for some reason the last thing i want to do is watch anything because it’s easy for me to space out and go back to what was on my mind previously when i watch stuff.but thank you so much nyways 💛💛

did you have a memorable childhood pet?

yes! a cat named opie! he was fat and black and white and very friendly. he would curl up with me when i was a baby in my crib, and we also have footage of him tucked under my covers sleeping with me. he was the sweetest cat possible.
