Tomorrow marks one year in weightlifting. Started with a bar and a question: "what do I do?" The answers came by way of a lot of @uclubarbellclub members, some YouTube videos by Brett Gibbs, Josh Hancott and Candito Training HQ. No one said, workout 7 days a week. No one said, alternate dead lifting and squats each day. No one said, do cardio after. There was no plan, no agenda, just stay consistent. Show up every day and enjoy being around people who want you to consistently improve. Everyone said, it can be done. You will go, and you will return, doing what you never knew possible.
