My boy, my dude, Orange/Dark Side Logan
My other dudes Janus and Remus
And So Much Light Sides Bashing like do not read if you’re a Roman, Patton and/or Virgil stans
Also there’s a bit of injury and blood at the beginning, hopefully I wasn’t that descriptive.
To all my fellow Logan stans who just want to see our guy go apeshit crazy
Also this is the first time I’ve posted an actual story (unless you count that one 21st Pines Twins shitpost I did) and a Sanders Sides one at that
“AHH!” Logan yelled, throwing a metal object across his room, his emotions bursting out of control.
“Why can’t they just listen to me once?! It shouldn’t be hard for those-those—idiots!”
He threw another item, a chair this time, and cracked a mirror he had across the room. The surface shattered in a hundred pieces, some bits falling to the ground, the rest a spiderweb of brokenness.
Logan furiously walked up to it and punched it, his hand bloody at the act and one of his eyes glowing orange among the spiderweb cracks.
He punched it again, growling, “Just calm down, Logan! Calm down!”
He punched it again, not registering the pain, tears in his blue eye and pure unfiltered rage in the other.
“It. Should. Be. Easy!” With every word, he punched the mirror for emphasis, trying to get rid of his anger, “Just. How. It. Should. Be. Easy. To. Stay. Rational! Sane! The only smart one out of those idiots! The only one who actually cares about what Thomas needs to do! The only one who is constantly ignored! Who is always told to listen!”
He punched the glass more and more until the mirror completely broke and fell to the ground in millions of pieces, his fists broken and rawed and bloodied.
He panted, looking at his hands and the pieces, and bit his lips down, holding back a frustrated scream. Then he started pacing, rubbing his blood-covered hands through his hair and going into another one of his episodes.
He had been starting to get them more recently. It all started with that stupid day he could barely get Thomas to do anything because damn Remus was so damn annoying and irrational! And then there had been Nico, the jerk that kept ignoring Thomas and ignoring him!
The outburst he had against Remus felt like a breath of fresh air. A terrifying, horrible breath of air. He didn’t want it. He didn’t want it, but he did want it. He didn’t want to hurt the other sides, but he wanted to make them all pay. For ignoring him, ignoring Thomas’s problems, ignoring everything!
He started to get more angry, most wrathful, his blood growing and getting higher and higher to a steady boil with each meeting he had with the other Light Sides. Roman, with his stupid, blinding and impossible dreams, Virgil with his irrational and annoying anxiety, and Patton, with his ignorance and selfish selflessness. They were all idiots! Why couldn’t they see that what they were doing was ruining Thomas, ruining him?!
So as his anger grew, he started getting these episodes, these annoying and horrible and satisfactory destructive outbursts that always started and ended with him pissed.
But looking down at his bloodied hands, he realized this was the first time he injured himself, and so badly.
Of course, it wasn’t a real injury—they were merely figments of Thomas’s mind after all. But it showed something more important, mentally—that by giving into this destructive, vengeful rage, Logan was hurting himself, and deteriorating Thomas’s rationality.
“But of course he doesn’t need me, does he?” He said, looking at his fists, “he and the other sides never needed me. I’m not important! I’m just some inconvenience, some obstacle, some useless, annoying thing to them. If I could show them!”
He growled and stood up and was about to throw another fist at his wall, until suddenly, it was caught by a familiar yellow gloved hand.
“What?” He asked, his voice shaking, and his one blue eye and one orange eye looked over his shoulder to see Janus there with a look of…sympathy and disapproval?
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Thomas’s is already worse enough with how much you’re being ignored. Hurting yourself isn’t going to help.”
Then he let go of his fist, and Logan turned away, ashamed and surprised, “How…how much did you see?”
“Enough to know that you’ve been ignored and casted out by the other sides for far too much. Like me. Like Remus.”
Then suddenly, Remus appeared at his other side, “And we all know what that means, IQ!”
Logan but down an angry, animalistic snarl, and he said, “Get to the point. What do you two want?”
Janus put a hand on Logan’s shoulder—only for him to pull away and turn around, glaring at the two.
“We all have a common goal here, Logan. We want Thomas to listen to us, and the other Sides are preventing that so. Remus doesn’t want to be ignored and cares about Thomas’s opportunities, and yet he is casted aside for being too well…Remus.”
Remus cackled, and winked at Logan, who took a step away.
“I don’t want Thomas to be consumed by his need to be selfless and care about his mental health more.” Janus continued, “But because of the other Sides, this has been exaggerated to evil selfishness and cowardice.”
Then he finished, “And then there’s you. This is me being—“ he cringed— “honest, but you’re arguably one of the more important Sides. Without you, Thomas won’t be able to manage and balance everything between his dreams, Nico, and his home life. But the other Sides merely see you as a nuisance, and—“
“So?!” Logan exploded, his orange eye flashing brighter, “Stop repeating things I already know! Where are you going with this?! Are you trying to piss me off even more?”
Remus snickered, “Ooh, Logan just said a bad word~”
Logan bared his teeth at the him, “Oh, put a sock in it, Remus! For once in your pathetic, annoying life, will you just shut that useless mouth of yours and stay silent?!”
Remus and Janus’s eyes both widened at Logan’s outburst, and Remus stepped back a bit behind Janus, saying with a somewhat shaky voice, “W-wow, didn’t expect you to have that much of a-a bite, Logie.”
Janus sighed, “It’s getting worse, isn’t it? Soon you won’t be able to control it.”
Logan glared at the two, but then faltered and turned, hugging himself. “Y-yes that—I’m afraid of that. If I purely dissolve into Rage and Irrationality, than Thomas will have no one to guide him, even as a tiny, small voice in the back of his head.”
But then he growled, his nails digging into his arms, “But why should I help him, all of them?! They’ve ignored me, beaten me down, they don’t deserve it after everything they’ve done to me!”
He huffed, and turned his back to the two, “Just leave you two. Pretend none of this will ever happen. I don’t need whatever you have to offer.”
Everything was silent for a moment, and Logan thought the two have left until Janus said, “We want to help you, Logan.”
Logan froze, and his voice faltered with the smallest shred of disbelief, “Wh-what?”
“We want to help you. We’ve been fully shunned by the other Sides, and soon you will be too. So we suggest you come onto our side before they shun you and force you to.”
“What-what are you saying?”
“What Janie here is saying—“ Remus grinned, walking around Logan to meet his face— “is that you become one of us! A Dark Side!”
Logan’s eyes widened, and he stepped back, his blue eye faintly glowing, “What? No. Never.”
“Why not?” Janus asked, going to Remus’s side in front of him, “It’s the best solution to this problem, Logan. The others are bound to shun you and see you as a Dark Side, something bad that is preventing Thomas from doing what he wants. They don’t see your value. But we do. If you join us, we can help you manage your rage. I can help you control it, and Remus can help you harness it and let it all out when you need to. With us and your Wrath, Thomas and the other Sides are bound to listen to us. We’ll all get what we want: Thomas’s welfare. He’ll be allowed to be more selfish, more outspoken, and more manageable and rational with his life.
“Plus, unlike the ‘Light’ Sides, we’ll actually listen to you.”
Logan froze, his mind running through the scenarios and possibilities of it. He would gain all the trust and good light he worked so hard for from the other sides. It would be so difficult to gain it back. It could lead him to being put at the backseat more and more.
But the rewards and possible benefits he could reap outweighed the negatives far to much. Janus was right. If Logan could control and harness his rage properly, he could probably get Thomas angry with himself and force him to manage and take care of himself better out of anger for not doing it, for being lazy. That, and the Bad Sides would listen to him. He and Janus would be good at planning and managing things together, and he and Remus could not only perform fun and weird science experiments and scenarios together with Thomas’s imagination, but Logan could help him manage what would be good and appropriate content and ideas for the audience they would want Thomas to have on the Internet.
Then, the final nail in the coffin: Remus smiled, and pulled an orange bat out of thin air, offering it to Logan, “Imagine the look on all of their faces. When they realized they fucked up.
Logan’s gaze hyper focused on the bat, and then the Dark Sides.
“I believe we have a deal.”
If this gets a lot of attention (which would be like maybe 100 notes at least for my record) then maybe I’ll post a sequel one shot, or maybe a series, I don’t know. Also if I do that, I will not apologize for possible Intrulogical (Remus x Logan) and/of Inteulogiceit (Remus x Logan x Janus) in it.
