Flowerpaw is a bit of an oddball, often making goofy faces when she thinks nobody is paying attention to her. While she tends to keep her intentions to herself, she likes to try new things and gets along well with others.

"Bearpaw! Bearpaw!"
As the clan cheered her new name, Bearkit- now Bearpaw- was overflowing with excitement. She was finally an apprentice! She kind of felt bad that Flowerkit and Sleetkit and Elmkit would have to wait until they were a little older, but at the same time, she couldn't wait to start her training! Especially since her mentor was...
"Mister Magicburst!" She squeaked, practically hurling herself at the warrior. "I'm so excited! We're gonna hunt SO much! And you can teach me how to fight! And when the weather gets warm Pepperfrost said you can teach me how to fish 'cause the pond will thaw!"
Although her new mentor couldn't quite match her enthusiasm, he still touched noses with her and followed it up with a friendly nuzzle. "Yeah. That sounds like a plan. Newleaf's not too far away now, you know?"
"Yeah!" Bearpaw purred. She had yet to experience springtime in the wild; would she have more time to focus on the fun aspects of her apprenticeship once they didn't have to worry as much about the prey pile? "Do you think Lightrunner'll let me go with the patrol to the Misty Grotto? I wanna see the big rocks! Antpaw told me all about them!"
"No, she won't," He huffed, looking off into the distance. Bearpaw followed his gaze, only to see the three older apprentices excitedly buzzing about themselves. "She said this'll be their warrior assessment, so only Stormflower's allowed to go with them."
Bearpaw could practically taste venom from her mentor's tongue as he spoke the healer's name, and she frowned a little. Did he really hate Stormflower that much?
"Well, where can we go instead? I wanna explore the territory!"
Magicburst sighed, seeming to think. "Alright... how about we go to Catch-Rat Rocks, then? I've been dying to get rid of these stupid fleas..."
"Yay! Catch-Rat Rocks! Catch-Rat Rocks!"
Bearpaw began to chant excitedly as she followed her new mentor, excited to explore the territory on her first day as an apprentice. She'd catch up to her new denmates in no time!

Bearkit has become an apprentice under the new name Bearpaw. Her mentor is Magicburst.
During the meeting, Lightrunner announces that Antpaw, Birchpaw, and Mousepaw will be accompanied by Stormflower as they further investigate the Misty Grotto. If the apprentices do well, they will be made into warriors.
The patrol for Misty Grotto will leave the following morning.
Magicburst takes Bearpaw to Catch-Rat Rocks for her first training session.
Bearpaw encounters a Macaw on the way. Thankfully, it seems largely uninterested in her. She spends a few minutes observing the strange large bird.
Magicburst and Bearpaw have a training session at Catch-Rat Rocks.
Bearpaw catches an iguana as her first prey!
Back home, Honeypurr catches her 20th beetle. She now has a higher chance of catching and finding rare beetles.

Antpaw is not the toughest nor smartest of his littermates, but he makes up for this by having the most bravado. He is always the first to suggest new games or new adventures, with his sisters often joining in on the fun. Antpaw is willing to take on any challenge, even ones he may not be able to handle.

Magicpaw has grown a lot farther from his kittypet roots now that he's been with the clan for so long. Now he's rough, tough, and ready to rumble with anything that threatens his clan! He's no-nonsense and always tries his best, even if he's overly wary of outsiders and more eager to use his claws than his words.

A bit of a scaredy-cat, Elmpaw tends to keep to himself and keep his thoughts to himself. He may need a bit of a push to try new things from time to time, but he always does his best.

Bearpaw's motivation to get things done is second to none. She's always running around and getting into trouble, but she makes up for her mischievous behavior by working hard to become the best warrior she can be. Just like Magicburst!

Though little Mousepaw tries her best, she often falls a little farther behind her bigger, bolder littermates. However, she's very quick to make friends with any cat willing to open up to her, making one of LightClan's biggest bleeding hearts. She's often a bit more emotionally attentive than any cat gives her credit for.
