Light Infantry
Isaac Beach was given a credit for making two plates for the Light Infantry caps. There’s no mention of a charge to the light infantry so far. A few pages later, though, there is a charge to Daniel and Elijah Boardman from Moses Seymour for providing the company with rum. The Second Militia Act of 1792 called for states to establish militias and conscripted white men between the ages of 18 and 35 into a local company.
