Hi Hi! I did not respond to this ask because I didn't want to spoil anything at the time, but now that the page is posted:

The phone was out of battery, up until the point with Sans' joy buzzer giving it 1%. And even then, when they did call it, the cell phone didn't work for some Strange Reason. Probably because they're in another universe? Or maybe something else

What do you use to create the music in your game?

I use FL Studio to make the music. Obviously we grab samples from here and there from all indule of games to put the music together.
