i hate when people are like "Separate the art from the artist" like it really matters, its not difficult to just not engage in that artist's products. It's really just a big excuse people use to avoid facing reality/holding the artist accountable (?)
#And in some cases#its physically IMPOSSIBLE to separate anything from the artist because sometimes the action of the artist is spelled out for you#like D4vd#he LITERALLY sung about his crimes in song#im sure people say this as a joke but idk its hard to tell if people are joking or being deadass#also#the entire thing with d4vd isnt drama ts is a CRIME???#its like with james charles that evil ass predator#im still confused on how people have been able to defend him up until now and some even continue to do so#im yappinngggggg
