i’m getting real tired of pan erasure. not in media though, in fandoms

when someone ships a seemingly straight person with another of their own gender, that character is almost always bisexual.

Lance? Bi Dick Grayson? Bi Jeremy, Jake, and Rich? Bi

yes i get that there can be more than one character of the same sexuality. and projecting is always nice seeing.

but like… there is more than one sexuality for liking more than one gender. it just seems like some people automatically jump to bisexual when there is so much more out there like pansexuality and others.
