for some perspective. on how my parents live:

they just left like 30 mins ago for their fuckass cruise and will be gone for FIVE DAYS.

they act the way they do abt money and then turn around like yea its fine just let it run for a week. ftr his desktop is fucking BEEFY, includes 2 monitors and various usb hubs. his work side of things is a laptop (always plugged in) + THREE monitors. unsure if that got left on too but one of the monitors was on the lock screen not too long ago.

but thats CRAZY. like??? i feel wasteful if i leave my pc on for a few hours to nap. what the hell
