magnolia-zoe, likefivewholemegaman, and narcolepticsheep. It is currently 11:28 in the morning. Would Riolu evolve for me now? His friendship is pretty darn high. And I got him at four hearts in the PokeAmie. Should I get him to five hearts? I want him to evolve into a Lucario at level 15 so he can learn Power-Up Punch. Should I change the time to a little earlier to be safe?
