Second to last teacher training weekend is in the books. I feel a sense of calm even in the upside down. I’m so grateful to share this journey with these amazing women! You have each taught me so much. I look forward to practicing in your classes soon! I love this accidental picture of Desiree and Diane! Their expressions really reflect the happiness I feel in my heart about this training. It has been a wild ride and I may have changed my mind a billion times about things but that means I’m growing. I’ve made more mistakes, tripped many times but each time I was down this practice and knowing these women are there, helped me to get back on my feet again. I know who I am. Sometimes people come into your life and you really want it too be good and great and work out, and that’s just not how it goes down. It’s ok to cry, to express the sense of loss when this happens—when your expectations are not met or you realize it’s just not a good fit. Moving on from situations that are not serving your soul’s purpose, or changing them is just part of your revolution. Changing our minds is growing. Moksha. I surrender to the bigger plan while taking measurable action to enable my soul to serve its highest purpose. I release belief systems that are not in alignment with my soul’s purpose. I embrace the shift that is occurring within me now and encourage my soul to inhabit my body for fully. I open my heart to give and receive love that is nourishing for my soul. I release ideas of me which do not serve or properly reflect my true nature. I accept it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly—I accept and I overcome. I welcome change. Om Nama Shivaya. Om Nama Shivaya. Om Nama Shivaya. ✨🌙🙏🏼 . . . #soulsisters #likulayoga #kula #yogateachertraining #longisland #yogateacher #watchoutworld #peace #happiness #womenempowerment #kidsyogateacher
